The “One-of-a-Kind” Rule
Every piece of art created by MDK Studio is a unique, original work. Because these are one-of-a-kind items that cannot be replaced or restocked, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for “change of heart” or “buyer’s remorse.” Please measure your space and review all photos and descriptions—including the attitude of the piece—before completing your purchase.
Damages & Issues
The only exception to our “Final Sale” policy is if your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping. We take immense care in packaging, but sometimes the universe (or the postal service) has other plans.
If your piece arrives damaged:
- Inspect immediately: You must inspect your order upon receipt.
- Document everything: Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the damage to the artwork itself.
- Contact us: Email [Your Email Address] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos.
If the damage is verified, we will work with you to file an insurance claim through the carrier and provide a refund or studio credit once the claim is processed.
Lost Packages
We provide tracking for every shipment. If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you can’t find it, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery.
